First is the hi-viz Skipper&#8217;s Bird AJ\/101 featuring a flamboyant red tail and black spine, marked for CDR Jim &#8216;Puck&#8217; Howe, the final commanding officer. The second bird is Modex 103 with a gray tail (no tail code), but featuring the special &#8220;Grumman\/US Navy&#8217;s Last Fighter 1970-2006&#8221; full color logos on the fins.
