Description
Ar 234C Blitz Bombers. As an extremely late war aircraft, legitimate and interesting schemes for the Ar 234C are extremely limited. As the result, this set includes both photo-documented aircraft and some fun “Luftwaffe ’46” might-have-been schemes. First is Ar 234C-3 (actual scheme), W.Nr.250001, Prague-Rusin in the standard camo scheme. Next is Ar 234C-3 (actual scheme), W.Nr.250006, Mج«_جخ_nchen-Riem, also in the standard scheme, and Ar 234C-3 (actual scheme), W.Nr.250012, Prague-Rusin, also wearing standard camouflage. The “Luftwaffe ’46” schemes, which are frankly much more fun, are an Ar 234C-3, KG 51, in RLM 84 over a late-war pale green underside. For the truly adventurous we offer an Ar 234C-3 of KG 30 in a desert scheme of RLM 79 over RLM 78. The final fun jet is an Ar 234C-3 of KG 3 in a standard camo scheme with a whitewash winter camo applied in spots on top.
