Famous Phantoms. The first is a F-4J of VF-84 Jolly Rogers. This set contains accurate markings for a Jolly Rogers “J” model with the all-black fin and rudder. The black “pirate flag” used on their F-4Bs was not seen on their later jets. The second is of the famous F-4J “Black Bunny” of VX-4 “Evaluators.” Note that this scheme represents 3783 (not 5539, which was also a “Black Bunny”) and includes the oft-omitted gold-trimmed blue swoosh on the spine and wingtips.
